Engineering AI-Powered Government Digital Identity Infrastructure

CentID is a digital identity platform I designed and developed to explore how future government systems can securely identify, verify, and connect citizens through one trusted identity number—similar to how a SIN works, but with modern AI-driven security. Built with Python, Flask, and MySQL, the system combines biometric face verification, identity records, audit tracking, API communication between government services, and secure data access controls. The goal of this project is to help shape the future of government technology, where identity, security, healthcare, licensing, kiosks, and public services can work together through one intelligent national identity platform.
